Review - Trance Nation (Mixed By Andy Moor)

Trance is the biggest form of electronic music in the world t the moment. Tiesto (when not falling foul of internet death hoaxes) regularly packs out open air arenas all over the world, Calvin Harris took the sound to number one last year with ‘I’m Not Alone’.

Now Ministry of Sound is ready to release the latest in our series of Trance Nation albums, and we couldn’t have picked a better time, or person to mix it.

Andy Moor is one of the biggest DJs in the world at the moment, with a number 15 placing in the Top 100 DJs poll, and even a grammy nomination to prove it.

We chose him to curate and mix the album because we know that he can deliver a quality set. And he doesn’t disappoint at all. Nitrous Oxide, Matt Darey, Super 8 + Tab, Lange, Markus Schulz, Max Graham, The Thrillseekers and Mike Shiver are all featured on the album, and the classically trained Moor melds them into a barnstorming set of trance anthems that will shake your speakers, and make your bones shiver.

The aural equivalent of a cold lake on a hot day, this album is a real must have. Don’t miss out on it!
