Q. What is the dress code?
A. There isn't really a dress code. We roughly follow the line of no suits or tracksuits. Jeans Trainers T-Shirts are all fine.

A. Elephant and Castle on the Bakerloo or northern Line
Q. What time are you open?
A. Friday 10:30 till 06:30 (last entrance 04:30) / Saturday 11:00 till 07:00 (last entrance 05:00)
Q. Are there any age restrictions?
A. Over 18s only
Q. Where do I go to collect my tickets on door?
A. We have a separate 'ONLINE TICKET' queue on the front entrance for Box Office collections.
Q. How do I get my tickets?
A. Tickets are NOT dispatched to you. You will receive your barcoded ticket via email.
Please ensure you bring your barcoded e-ticket and personal identification in the form of a photocard driving license or passport and the credit or debit card used in this purchase with you to the event.
Q. What shall I do if I can't see my barcode?
A. Please just print out your eticket and bring with you along with your ID there is a unique order number within the eticket which can be used to gain entry and the credit or debit card used in this purchase with you to the event.
Q. Is there a Taxi Rank nearby?
A. ACS Cars are on site providing Licensed and legal cabs on our behalf, all fully insured with capped reasonable fares
Q. Is there an ATM onsite
A. YES it is located in the Main Bar.
Q. Is there food available
A. A Food Concession is located in the courtyard.
